Acceptable Use Policy

You shall not use the Services to:

• violate any law, regulation or third-party right, or process content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property;
• upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or connected systems;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, or extract the Services' code or non-public data;
• overload, disrupt or degrade the Services, or circumvent usage limits, quotas or security controls;
• send spam or unsolicited communications, or impersonate any person or entity;
• process special-category or sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and the required safeguards;
• resell or provide the Services to third parties outside your organization without written authorization.

You are solely responsible for the content, templates, checklists and configuration you create or apply, and for their accuracy, completeness and lawful use. The Services record what you decide; they do not validate the correctness of your operational decisions.

The Services are not designed or authorized as a real-time control system, a life-safety system, or the sole safeguard where a failure could lead to injury, death, environmental harm or major property damage. You must maintain your own independent controls, supervision and contingency procedures.

You must protect your credentials, use the available security controls, and not test, probe or attack the Services except under a written authorization from Adqueo (for example, a coordinated vulnerability disclosure).

Adqueo may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other measures it deems necessary, without liability, and reserves the right to report unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.
