How we turn an operation into a solution.

The process reduces uncertainty before increasing investment. Every stage has a decision, an owner, and a visible deliverable.

One discipline for different operations.

Industries use different language, but all need clear ownership, reliable information, and processes that can be measured.

Opportunity

In weaving, margin dies in the changeover: beam, style, recipe. A loom down 40–60 minutes, times 30–60 looms, is unsold fabric. The roll leaves without loom, shift, or stop reason — when the buyer claims the lot, you rebuild the history by hand, and the claim costs what the changeover already cost.

The solution

A real quick style change: harness and recipe are ready while the loom is still weaving. The next order does not release until the stop is closed against that loom and that order — who stopped, who set, what time it ran.

To put it in place

A changeover application tied to the loom and the order: checklist, style recipe, stop clock. The floor board shows looms weaving vs. changing; meters trace to machine and shift. Maintenance joins the same order if the loom will not start.

See the software before hearing a promise.

The data is synthetic; the workflows, states, and decisions represent the level of detail we review with a client.

Plan maintenance, control spares, and close work with a complete asset history before an avoidable failure stops production.

Calculate where the cost is going.

Use your own variables to estimate the current cost of downtime, manual administration, and repeat visits.

Your variables

Use your own figures to size the monthly cost of the current process.

Questions before deciding

Let’s review a real operation, not a feature list.

Bring a process that depends on sheets, email, calls, or systems that do not share information. We will tell you what to solve first and how to measure it.
