A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

How Adqueo began.

Working in industry taught me that profitability is also lost in things that are hard to see each day: hours spent finding information, repeated work, and delayed decisions. I created Adqueo to reveal those losses and savings opportunities. Freeing up hours and bringing discipline to operations also creates profitability.

  • Operations come first.

Maintenance and support processes should protect availability, manage risk, and control costs so the business can produce and deliver services.

  • See what daily routines hide.

Connect data to understand where time, resources, and money are being lost, and turn that information into improvement actions.

  • Tools that make work easier.

Teams need to solve problems, with clear interfaces and useful features. I have been a user and have often wished I had these tools. I build them from the experience of facing the same challenges as the people who will use them every day.

  • First-class technology with operational value.

I want every software investment to build real capability: better-prepared teams, controlled processes, and decisions that strengthen competitiveness.

I want more businesses to compete, grow, and create opportunities for the families who depend on them. That is the passion behind Adqueo.

Services to build what your operation needs.

When a product does not cover the full process, we design the missing piece and connect it to the systems that already support the business.

Tractor-trailers at warehouse loading docks at dawn, wet asphalt reflecting dock lights.
Rows of industrial looms in a weaving mill, warp threads catching the light.
CNC machining bay with overhead crane and skylights on a factory floor.

How we turn an operation into a solution.

The process reduces uncertainty before increasing investment. Every stage has a decision, an owner, and a visible deliverable.

A beam or style change parks the loom 40–60 minutes. Across a floor, that is shifts of unsold fabric.

Calculate where the cost is going.

Use your own variables to estimate the current cost of downtime, manual administration, and repeat visits.

Your variables

Use your own figures to size the monthly cost of the current process.

Questions before deciding

Let’s review a real operation, not a feature list.

Bring a process that depends on sheets, email, calls, or systems that do not share information.
